When we refer to “we”, “our” or “us” in this privacy notice, it means Ipsos and Intrasonics, who are the creators of the decoder app.
What does the app do and does it collect data?
The primary purpose of this app is for on-device decoding and identification of codewords embedded in broadcast television or radio streams. These codes are outside of the range audible to the human ear but can picked up by the device microphone. The app then decodes these and displays the codeword identification in the application.
No personal data or data about the device is collected by the application, and no data is returned from the application to Ipsos.
Your consent and rights
Use of this app is voluntary and you can change your mind at any time and remove the app from your device. No data will be retained by Ipsos.
